Shipping policy

Shipping and Transit Information

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Klerksdorp. Orders are shipped within one business day (Monday-Friday) from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-10 business business days depending on your location.

Expedited (2 to 5 Day and Next Day Air) orders placed by 4:00 PM EST will ship the same business day (Monday-Friday). Please be aware Express delivery is business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to certain limited locations

DELIVERY SERVICES

Standard Ground Service: Shipping costs will be calculated before you check out. Please note that additional delivery fees applies to regional areas (which will be clearly shown before you check out).

In most instances, standard ground shipping is free in metro areas (regional areas are unfortunately not free, but we do subsidise the cost)

Returns:

  • Returns if there is quality defect will be free, including shipping a replacement pair to you.
  • Returns if the sizing is incorrect, are unfortunately charged.

Express, and 2-3 Day Air: This optional service can be selected (if available). The cost will be shown before you check out

Deliveries outside South Africa: This is available for certain countries, and the cost will be shown for your package before you check out
